(Alleged) criminals rob UPS truck
The AJC reported today that two people were arrested after a UPS driver was carjacked while delivering holiday packages Thursday night.
Police said at least two people forced the driver from the rental box truck in front of a house on Burnt Hickory Road in west Cobb County, Georgia at about 10 p.m.
Officers said they quickly found the truck nearby, then arrested the men less than one-fourth of a mile away at a CVS on Due West Road in Marietta.
Identities of the suspects and the criminal charges weren’t released. No injuries were reported.
While this blog does not give legal advice on specific legal issues, we believe that should this case get to a jury, the jury would not be kind. If you have NOT robbed someone’s Christmas gifts from a UPS truck but instead have a different criminal charge in Cobb County, Marietta or Metro Atlanta, call criminal attorney Kenneth R.
